Abstract

The short contribution, written as a report, describes the concept changes on the hydraulic systems especially for the heavier fork lift trucks developed after the year 1991 in the Litostroj's Fork lift trucks factory. The joy stick and the load sensing controls were introduced in the hydraulic control systems. Instead of previous components, delivered mostly from Prva Petoletka - Serbia, the components of the western producers were applied, such as Danfoss, Vickers, Rexroth, Commercial Hydraulics and Hydac. At the 25 t fork lift truck there was no prototype, but we have started from the beginning with eight pieces of the new type of this fork lift truck. As it succeeded the development and the building of the two 42 t fork lift trucks proceeded on the same principles. Yet the hydraulic system is quite different from those of the 25 t truck. One 42 t lift truck was already delivered to the buyer and successfully set in operation. The hydraulic components for the both types of the two heavy trucks were bought by single pieces and the whole hydraulic systems were developed, constructed and built using only own knowledge in the Litostroj's Fork lift truck factory.
